Go to My Account then purchase history, and you'll see the option to restart the download.

I had the same problem with popups being blocked and when I go to redownload the download location page is blank. Anyone know how I can correct this?

Click on the HMVDigital tab (the blue one) and there is an option for customer support. You can do it from there.

it seems that each time you can register with a different name (since your credit card details & address are not requested) & then you make unlimited downloads..just make sure you your pop up blocker is turned off before registering

I couldn't download anything as the site wouldn't accept my password/e-mail. Even though I know its correct!

This site relies on ActiveX technology to download music to your machine; at this time you need Internet Explorer version 6 or greater running on Windows XP or Windows 2000 to purchase and download music.

We hope to add Firefox support soon. In the mean time, why not subscribe to our RSS feeds to keep up to date with the latest releases.

big companies like this really need to get their act together and give other browser support... anyway

Mandie: You have to re-register on HMV Digital to receive the free download. Use the same login/password details.

I was a member of HMV.co.uk too but if it means receiving a free music download then I don't mind re-registering.
