Doesn't work for me. I can't login despite the fact that my user details are correct.

EDIT: well it worked for me if I entered my user details in the 'new customer' fields.

Yes, I already have an account with HMV but to download music I had to open a new account with HMV Digital using the same details.

Mine won't accept my email/password for HMV.co.uk. Says i need to enter a valid password, and on the side says it has to be 7 letters of which one is a number.... but this doesn't apply to my HMV password... which works fine as i can log in with it, just not with digital. Weird

Thanks for this. I tried to use my other e mail addresses and managed a second one, but now it comes up that voucher has been claimed. I did clear cookies. Anything else I should have done inbetween pls? Thanks

Hey guys, i signed up...and i went through to the checkout with my item, then it told me to turn my pop-up blocker off to download the track, so i did...and it refreshed the page, now i've got !!!!!! all because i was transferred back to the home page, they sent me an e-mail saying i had purchased it when i evidently haven't.

Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.

log into your normal hmv account, and the navigate the site to the digital area and you'll find it alot easier to get to the freebie download.

hope it helps as its just worked for me.

Edit: oops... spoke too soon, i assumed i'd managed but it didn't work still, says to "please enter a suitable password" .i'm logging in as a hmv.co.uk user, and tried as new user, both times same msg. On the right it says:

Existing HMV.co.uk customers can use the email address and password used to register on HMV.co.uk

Use secure passwords:

Your password must be at least 7 characters
At least one character must be a number
Passwords are case-sensitive
