Conditions of entry
1. The prize is a three-night holiday for four people to the Isle of Jura, and includes flights for four people to Jura from within the UK, accommodation for three nights at the Jura Lodge and dinner for three nights at the Jura Hotel. Each dinner includes one bottle of wine per couple.
2. The prize does not include any other travel, living or accommodation expenses.
3. Accommodation comprises of two double rooms, each based on two people sharing. Rooms are offered on a room by room basis, exclusive use of the lodge cannot be guaranteed.
4. The winner of the holiday must travel by 30 June 2012, subject to availability.
5. Once the trip is booked and confirmed any amends to the booking will be at the winner’s cost.
6. Passengers must ensure that they have a valid passport and travel insurance at the time of travel.
7. Find the BBC Code of Conduct for competitions at bbc.co.uk/competitioncode. All BBC Magazines (‘BBCM’) promotions comply with the code.
8. You can enter if you are a UK resident (including the Channel Islands), aged 18+. Employees of the BBC and Jura, their families or any agencies or person connected with the promotion may not enter.
9. When you enter the promotion, you agree to be bound by these rules and agree that if you win, we will publish your surname and county.
10. You must provide your full name, address and daytime phone number. We will use your personal details to administer this promotion, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without your

11. Only one entry permitted per person. Entries made in bulk or by third parties are prohibited.
12. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered and won’t be returned. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random after the closing time.
13. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable. Our decision as to the winner is final.
14. Winners will be notified within 28 days of the closing date. A list of winners can be obtained by sending an SAE to Lonely Planet Magazine, 2/D1, Media Centre, 201 Wood Lane, London W12 7TQ, within six weeks of the closing date.
15. We reserve the right to change these rules or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion if circumstances arise beyond our control.
16. If we can’t contact the winner within one month of the closing date, we will offer the prize to a runner up, or re-offer the prize in another promotion.
