Anyone else ordered from Redsave.com?

I've ordered a present from this company hoping for delivery before christmas. I have had confirmation of the order and the payment has been taken but have not received anything.

Is anyone else in the same position???

I've looked for a thread on here but it looks like it has been deleted? does anyone know why??

We are still waiting for clarification as to why the thread has been removed , although apparently we shouldn't discuss that either - here

I've contacted the Abuse email address but no response since.
Not sure why the Whole thread had to go.

Anyway, many of us who ordered around 10th Dec, who were also getting worried have just recently (yesterday) received our goods. my payment was taken on the day I placed the order

The company is very poor at responding to email or phone contact

There is another thread on here so you can get the form required to cancel the supscription part of the deal (£20/month) - take care to send it at the correct time to comply with their T&C'shere
