Grrrrr...Sorting office has LOST my parcel !!!

I'm so annoyed, I apparantly missed a parcel yesterday - although I was in at the time so I think he just put the card through and didn't ring the bell. It's a present for DH that I have been waiting for.
The card asked us to wait 4 hours before collection so we went to collect it in the afternoon, waited in a huge queue and they said the delivery guy wasn't back from his round so to try again later.

DH went in to town again this afternoon, stood in the same bloody long queue only to be told that they couldn't find the parcel!! :mad:

I am really p!!!ed off at these wasted trips, they have taken our number incase they find it!

I know there's nothing anyone can do - just wanted to rant!
