Paypal help please!

Ok so I made a huge mistake and need to try and fix it

I forgot to change my email address on the payment settings of my new listings to my new paypal address

I've since added my old email back to my paypal and tried to 'claim my payment' but the timers still showing and there is no money in my account

I thought by adding my old email (which the payments been sent to) it would have fixed the problem but it appears not and now I'm totally lost on how to sort it out

First the bad news....

This happened to my wife. I spoke to paypal for her and they stated that there is no way to fix this. You cannot get to them payments at all. They stated that she would have to get all the buyers who sent to the old (incorrect) email address to recall their payments. She would then have to send them all a new paypal invoice.

Unfortunately, when the buyers recall their payment, it can take several days to show back in their accounts, so unfortnately in my wifes case, some of the buyers were pi55ed off enough to cancel the transactions.

Errr, there is no good news....
