Thank you IS for all your hard work it was much appreciated :T And welcome MT I'm sure you will be just as fantastic

I have a question for all you wonderful knowledgeable people regarding APG, I know it has to be 8 items, but does different flavour of the same product ie. a strawberry yogurt and a banana yogurt count as 1 or 2 items?

    Hope that makes sense :o

Need a few bits that are cheaper in T's so would be rude not to buy them in A's in this crazy mixed up world we live in :rotfl:

    TIA

Different flavours are different items as the barcodes are different. :D

(And if you need to bump up to your 8 items try the Smartprice 2L waters or the Smartprice instant noodles. Both low cost and compare.)

    HTH :) xx

Yes, good idea to put some smartprice items in your trolley to start with before you start on the list so you dont have to worry about getting the numbers right att the end. I did this yesterday and it made all of the difference.

I was actually going to suggest having a list of smartprice items as a sticky at the start of the thread so we can print off to take with us on Asda shops.

Here is my contribution to start with - wish I'd thought about yogurt yesterday

    1 x ASDA Smartprice Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce (420g) £0.28 £0.28
    1 x ASDA Smartprice Baked Beans & Sausages in Tomato S... £0.28 £0.29
    1 x ASDA Smartprice Rice Pudding (425g) £0.17 £0.17

I got my 1st Asda APG voucher, very pleased with it.

I did £17.33 of shopping but I used £5.75 of coupons to get the bill down to £11.58. My shopping was price matched with tesco so my APG is worth £5.83 :clap2:

I used the 50p print off MOCs for the Curiously Cinnamons (Tesco has cereals on 342) I did think about getting 3 Cherrios 600g boxes and used the 30p MOCs, print offs or the little cardboard ones but finding space for them is difficult (mind you if you have a housefull 6 boxs of cereal wont last very long!)

I used £1 print offs for nappy cream and 25p MOCs the Foxs biscuits and £1 print offs for the cream.

    1 x Johnson's Baby Nappy Cream (110g) £2.99 £1.99
    2 x Ambrosia Low Fat Devon Custard (500g) £1.68 £0.60
    1 x Ambrosia Chocolate Devon Custard (465g) £0.88 £0.10
    1 x Fox's Ambers Original Cookies (170g) £1.20 £1.00
    3 x Nestle Curiously Cinnamon Grahams (375g) £5.79 £4.18

The custard is in square bricks rather than tins, better for storing actually and good to go with the sticky toffee puds from the sainsburys meal deal from friday!

3 things on my list were out of stock, Doves and Colgate total so as you need at least 8 different items for Asda receipts I got some smartprice items which I knew would be about the same price to make the numbers up.

    1 x ASDA Smartprice Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce (420g) £0.28 £0.28
    1 x ASDA Smartprice Baked Beans & Sausages in Tomato S... £0.28 £0.29
    1 x ASDA Smartprice Rice Pudding (425g) £0.17 £0.17

Apart from this one item I got Tesco dont sell - the cream, it comes in cute little tubs.

And one item was price matched , The **** velvet tissues, still didnt get the right ones, at least the till girl took the 30p MOCs off for me.

But even so not bad for my first real attempt and mostly by reading this thread and following all of the advice given :T
Now have to figure out what to spend £5.83 on in Asda for my next shop to try and get another APG - does it make any difference if there is a voucher on my receipt?

Mind you I have to do a £20 shop in Tesco to sue a conditional spend, wonder if they take them?

    Yay you! Good result :T

Yes - Do use the APG voucher on your next ASDA shop and generate another and use other coupons as well if you like! I've been doing that for a few weeks now and it makes no difference.

ASDA are positively encouraging peeps to use the APG and it really works. You can also use more than 1 APG voucher in a shop so add in those wombled ones too :j

Don't know though about using an APG in T's - not done it myself but I think others have?

    :) xx

Afternoon everyone. I've now been to two Sainsburys and both of them don't stock the weightwatchers pots, so I haven't been able to use my coupons for the free ones. I haven't tried Morrisons yet, hoping they stock them. Has anyone managed to find them in Morrisons?
I tried My local Morrisons at Gosport the other day with no joy when I asked about them they said they had them in as a trial a couple of weeks ago which has finished and now no longer stock them.
