Seems a bit of a farce on just to have a few extra coupons!. wiping the computer off totally!. you'd have to reinstall the anti virus etc etc, and set computer up again!!!. they should just pay the extra money and not be a skint flint
Yes a bit of a farce but they were probably trying to sovle the problem of what was being tracked iygwim. Curiosity and not being able to give up till they found out.
And over there its not just a few extra coupons from what I hear.
Anyway, Managed to use two dove coupons in wilkinsons. Got two different roll ons (they are half price at 99p)with them. Never used a coupon in there before, had no problems.0 -
not sure why the first posts keep changing order so I will start a new thread tomorrow and arrange the posts in the correct order ( or worse case it will have to remain as the old thread 19 order , not the new thread 20 order)
Thanks BT
it's really confusing for me, so will be even worse for the newbies as it is.
Hope you manage to get it sorted:):)

Don't suppose you managed to see what the prices are for the spray deodorant are? I've got 8 coupons left, but its looking doubtful I'll get to T's or A's today, thanks to an eye infection.0 -

I went in with 6 coupons today and also had some other normal shopping. 3 of the coupons just wouldn't scan. One was their own promotion- free galaxy. The SA tried several times and then called over the supervisor. He checked the chocolate and then tried a few things. I had two vouchers for the innocent carafe also giving bother. Eventually, with a growing queue of fed up customers he put keyed in manual codes for the amount of the vouchers.
It wasn't till I was walking towards the car that I took out the receipt( after realising I had no idea how much the bill had come to in the end!). He had put the innocent vouchers through as £1.99 each. Should have been £1.
At first I thought this was great. They have paid me £1 to take away 2 carafes but now I'm wondering if I should have gone back. I wouldn't want the sa to be in trouble- but as it was added manually perhaps there is no come back- particularly when she didnt deal with it? What would you do?weight loss target 23lbs/49lb0 -
:mad:Argh:mad:
Just got back from Tesco's and I don't know wetherI'm more mad with myself or the SA.
Had a perfectly worked out shopping list:
6 x Dove
3 x :spam:
3 x Value shower gel
1 x Fairy Fabric Conditioner
2 x Vimto
2 x Plenty (hoping to use 2 x 50p and 2 x 40p form t mag)
Grand Total 0p
Anyway gets to the till, thought I better not go through SS with 15 MOC's, SA scans everything through, then looks at the moc's, the trout supervisor that I've had issues with before is standing at the end of the till with some other moody bloke, so she asks them if they can take internet coupons, "as long as she's bought everything, and only one per item". So she scans them all through, checks the price of the spam, gets to the last one and says "oh it wont accept that one as it's for £1 and theres only 80p to pay  so me rather than paying the 81p  runs to get a packet of 22p chili peanuts. Big Mistake. Comes back and the 3 of them are scrutinizing the receipt trying to understand how it comes to so little. They then realise that the Dove is BOGOF and refuse to take all 6 MOC's. I argue that I have 6 Mocs and have bought 6 items. But you are already getting 3 free!:( yes but you said 1 per item 6 items = 6 coupons :wall: So I ended up paying £2.80. Which I shouldn't really complain about, but .....anyway.
When I got back and looked at my receipt to work out what went wrong, she had put one of the spam through at £1.96 and the other at £1.76 hence the 20p difference. I think it's the first time I've been  at a MOC going through for more.
So her putting it through 20p over cost me £2.80 and avoiding T's for a few days.
I don't know what possessed me to run off for the peanuts instead of paying the 80p, I think I just had it in my head it should be free.
Anyway rant overI did manage to womble a receipt with 216 point to be claimed. And got a £2 gift card from Adsa for over charging me on the Ambrosia custard :rotfl:
:j First mini munchkin due 05/04/2013 :j0 -
