How long before i receive a response

I sent off my PPI claim form on the 26th May, how long should i have to wait for a response?
I sent this to HSBC.

In May 2011 the BBA confirmed that it would not be appealing against the High Court ruling or continuing its legal challenge. And in June 2011 the FSA announced a timetable for Barclays, Lloyds Banking Group, RBS – and subsequently HSBC –to deal with PPI complaints promptly and fairly, in light of the legal ruling.
Looks like yours will be 16 weeks, but hopefully if they get through these faster then you will hear sooner.0
