    It can most certainly be done on the system (and it doesn't take very long to do either). And whilst they'd obviously prefer it if you kept it, you're under no obligation to do so (as it says in the Declaration you sign if you upgraded it in a branch originally).

    I didn't upgrade in the branch. But thanks for taking the time to reply. I managed to downgrade without been sucked back in by their mumbo jumbo!! :cool:
