Access is via geographical number or there is a 1p surcharge if you use 0800 access.

Its a prepaid account minimum top up £5.

is there any minimum call charge or connection fee? i cant find anything on there website regarding this

All i can find mentioned is that Calls are charged in 1 minute increments,and any credit on the customer’s account which remains unused for 12 months from the date such credit is made to the account shall expire and will not be refundable.

No mention of connection fee.
