Landlord's insurance - feedback in Endsleigh pls

Options
I recently phoned both Endsleigh and Alan Boswell for quotes.

Alan Boswell were helpful, professional, and efficient.
Endsleigh were completely useless – couldn’t answer (or even, seemingly, understand) any of my questions and didn’t seem to care.

HOWEVER, when I went and got an online quote, it seems Endsleigh are substantially cheaper – and for more cover too, as (up to) £1million is standard for rebuilding costs.

So, does anyone have any experience of actually claiming from Endsleigh? Or any other recommendations?
Thanks

I didn't claim, but I did use Endsleigh for the 'LL stuff cover' and the 'emergency call out in case of broken locks/windows' extras.

All was well until I tried to cancel. I had 9 months left on the policy and they wanted to charge money to change my address, or money to cancel the policy. In the end I didn't do either and just left it running, but I was annoyed.
