I had to ring Very because of some faulty sofa's I purchased a few months ago. Ive had to ring several times and got through to Liverpool mainly and a few others. They don't care saying they'll send emails to the upholstery department and they'll call me back. They never do! I'm fed up of their c b a attitude.
But on a flip side, I rang the other day and got through to Manchester, who rang through to the upholstery department and got me straight through to someone who sorted it straight away.
Why can certain Call Centres of Very be bothered and others can't? Its so annoying.
