Its about 12 years old I think. We only moved into this house about 2 years ago, but its been ok so far. The previous owner says that they maintained it. Our boiler insurance people should have sent an engineer to inspect it, but its taken them until now to do that. I'll defintely arrange for someone to come and service it in the new year, and I'm about to get some carbon monoxide stickers to plaster all over it from ebay after reading andrew-b's post!SIMPLE SIMON - Met a pie man going to the fair.
