Egg has refused to provide copies of my contracts with them for three loans as the accounts are closed. What now?

Was it a SAR letter you sent off with the required payment of £10 cheque or postal order?
There is a template (SAR) letter below you can use and they must comply to the Data protection act (DPA).

How long ago did you take out the loan? and settled it?
They should hold details of the last 6 years at least and if they cannot provide you with any data they should explain and return your payment.
Contact the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) for more advice, explain your problem.
