Natwest have just slapped a £5.95 per month fee onto their business accounts (after the free period is up) on top of their other crazy charges >:(

They rely on customers' inertia. Don't the statistics show that you're more likely to change your spouse (divorce) than change your bank. Once a bank has hooked a customer, they tend to stay. That's why banks are so keen to sign up students by offering freebies.Just makes you wonder if they actually want any business doesn't it?0
