Cash ISA's with Monthly Interest

Can anyone help

I'm searching the the now rare Cash ISA which pays monthly interest, there seemed to be quite a few not so long ago, but the last one I found with Yorkshire BS has disappeard......comparison sites seem full of annual interest only....anybody found any recently

Birmingham Midshires have 2 year and 5 year fixed rate with monthly income.

Barclays Golden ISAs pay interest monthly - the problem is that the Golden ISA is for new money only - no transfers.

I used to use ING with monthly interest but the bonus rate ended so had to move elsewhere to a better rate but yearly. I've closed all my ing accounts so next year I can reopen them as a new customer and get the bonus rate with monthly interest again.
