    I am an evil boss; I made my staff wear these just to see how much they actually did; one person was left very red faced. It was a fun exercise though one kept going to the loo to get extra steps and cheat!!!!

    I signed up a few days ago. I got 4 caps and a pedometer. All brilliant quality. Now im hoping to start moving!

    Took me ages before I realised there was a flippy uppy thing to get to the control buttons on the pedometer....now I've got to work out the instructions for actually using the thing! Confused2.gif
