Flora Pedometer & Baseball Caps (Marathon!)

Just been sent an email from Flora, get a free Flora Pedometer, Baseball cap(s), medals and finishing tape if you sign up for the Flora Family Marathon:

Not an actual race, as you set your own family goals, and use the pedometer to measure how far you've run. I suspect it may be possible to be economical with the truth to get the medals and tape for those who can't run / don't have a family.
