Amazing customer service from Ultra Finishing

Just wanting to mention the amazing customer service i received from Ultra Furnishing based in Burnley.
On the 9th of March i got an Infinity Mirror delivered to my parents house as i was offshore and unabe to get it delivered to my home address. When i finally arrived home on the 24th and opened it in my parents home , the mirror had been totally smashed and it was obvious that it had broken in transit and was in thousands of pieces.
I contacted Ultra Furnishing and, bearing in mind that this was almost 2 weeks after it had been delivered, all they asked for was my order number, some pics of broken mirror, and a new one was sent the next day which arrived in perfect condition.
They would have been perfectly within their rights to say i had had it for too long and i wouldnt have had a leg to stand on. Wouldnt think twice about recommending them to others, oh and the price was very good as well!
