you need a priority refernece number and then input the code words which then enables you to book online

If its your first time, then you need to collect the paper tokens and mail them in snail mail (or request someone nice to give you their unique reference number). If you missed Saturday's paper coupon, I'm sure they will continue to print others for the next week or so. Just buy Monday's Sun, then get it sent off! We all started off collecting the paper coupons.

Yes it is my first time, and will be holidaying in my own town which seems mad but doing it for the kids and as i dont drive we can only go local lol my daughters dream is a night in a caravan !!

hi again sorry to go on and on...but i just called 1 of the tour companies that promotes a park in france which i have chosen and she said that the company dont have the prices for next year yet so she doubts that the sun have either!! so basicly im thinking its a bit of a scam?

well thanks guys for the codes, i have just booked our 5th holiday to grannies in embo. was delighted to get a slot in the october holidays too lets just hope its not snowing like last time.

Probably, and this probably is the same for the people that can't book Europe, I've read somewhere in the small print it saying something along the lines of "not all parks are available on all dates"

I have been unable to access the booking site (on a mac laptop, windows laptop AND a windows pc) so it looks like I will have to submit a postal application. Does anyone know how long these take to come back?

I booked in the early hours and they were available then in October. It certaimly looks like there are none available in April/May 2012 -as someone says you cant get these dates from the holiday co yet so probably in the next round of sun holidays.

October holiday -have you tried putting in 2/4 and a may date and a october date with 3 euro parks -only some are open a few spanish , duinrell, paris etc and see if any comes up. The trick is to put in box 2 and 3 something you know is full or not available and force it to give you the one you actually want.
