Not all of the sites offer upgrades. If you have the option it will be on the right of your booking form next to the park you have selected and you can click in the circle next to the upgrade you wish to select ie: luxury or luxury plus.

From memory, and it was 2 hours ago that I did it, it comes up when your "successful" choices come up in boxes on the right hand side.

thanks to both madleypiper for finding code ,cheers for that
and to totts 65 for passing on code as i had a wee problem.
so now i have managed to get the proper date

i now have a extra booking if someone interested and we can contact the holiday centre to explain, i have a 4 day break at haven craig tara in ayrshire scotland on monday 3rd october

also can i add there is a voucher book out for loads of things and you can buy it via this link its well worth it it does bristol and southwest so if holidaying there you can save a few bucks all the best
