Oct 09 i did park resorts kessingland beach and not only did we all come down ill while there, nothing was open except a kids club for 1 hour in the morning and entertainment in the evening was so bad we left early - wont be going back!

Apr 2010 we did Bognor Regis Butlins, upgraded from broze accomodation to silver and once we arrived went immediately to customer services asking to see a bronze room as our upgrade was dirty, cistern broken and what i would expect from a bronze room - they couldnt show me a more basic room so upgraded us to the shoreline hotel for our stay which was amazing and the site had everything too - best holiday ever!

    Hi all,
I have a priority form and woukd be happy to help guess the last code just let me know whyat to do and i'm there currently recovering from an operation so nothing else to do lol. Desperate for a holiday something for us to look forward to! Any recommendations for parks in the Great yarmouth area as only ever been to Kessingland thinking of trying somewhere different.
    Thanks in advance
    Take Care

We have done almost all of the parks in Norfolk apart from about 2. I would highly recommend Hopton, we've been there 6 times & going for 7 days end of this month. They have alot of facilities to use & takeaways (Mum never cooks on holiday!). We didn't like highlands park I think its called or broadlands sands, as there was nothing to do at broadland, or an indoor pool. So we left & booked down the road at Hopton! Caister is very nice, my husband likes Seashore as the entertainment for children is great at Hopton. They all have good indoor pools too. Hopton is very near to gt yarmouth beach for a few days out too. Hope that helps.

Yes the entertainment at Kessingland has gone down hill, when we first went there about 8 yrs ago it was brilliant.

i know a few people who have had one of those
you could have sent it off as soon as you received it !
( there was an online booking form so you didnt have to wait til wed when theb form was printed in the paper !)

so we dont need these priority codes then, we just havent decided when to go thats why we havent sent it off yet.

    :)
Just wanted to say thank you. I've done many a Sun holiday & never had a bad experience. We've been to Kiln Park Tenby, Key West Newquay (Wales), Cala Gran Fleetwood, Hafan Y Mor Pwllhelli, Pontins Prestatyn, Warmwell, Bryn Owen Borth, Littlesea Weymouth. This year I want to try Grange over Sands for the Lake District.
Unfortunately this year I never got my Priority Booking form. Had to buy one from eBay - no problem at least I've got one.

Has anyone been to either Haggerston Castle or Lakeland? I would like to try one of these but as it's a long drive for both of them I would like to know it will be worth it...........

Will try and help crack the last code word if someone can explain how I do this

Yes the entertainment at Kessingland has gone down hill, when we first went there about 8 yrs ago it was brilliant.
We visited Kessingland in August 08 for a 10 day break and the entertainment was first class! The weather was terrible but the only real down point of the park is the horrible stony beach so good weather would of meant a drive into Great Yarmouth so 10 days of rain didnt make much difference.
Parks can change though with a change of staff, in August 07 we stayed at Lower Hyde IOW and had a fantastic time, lovely park with a great entertainments team, we went back a year ago to find the entertainments manager had moved sites and the new team were awful, so lazy they could of been working at a Haven Park!!
One thing i have learned about the breaks is no matter if you are at Park Resorts, Haven or Butlins etc is eat in your accomodation or off site!! The food is always overpriced pre cooked rubbish!
