Im not sure if anyone else has dealt with these people, i got an online quote for an old laptop, they sent a box to ship it in, (free postage), got emails to log it as received, reviewed and i accepted their offer. They emailed to say they were sending payment (to be received in 7 days) and a month later i have received nothing. I have emailed half a dozen times but have no reply or acknowledgement.
beginning to feel this is just theft by mail!! anyone else used them at all? wonder if i can report it to the police or what? so frustrating!

Most likely http://www.sellyourlaptops.co.uk/ because they send a box as OP stated whereas the other's send a courier.
