I bought some fruit and veg seeds in a pack with soil that I planted and when they started growing out of the pots of soil provided I bought one of those grow bags...

I filled bigger pots with the soil from this, and kept them in the house.....and they seem to be growing nicely...

I was out in the garden today and happened to notice that on the bag it said I should handle only with gloves, and I didnt....will this have any effects?? and also is it OK to use the stuff from the bag indoors in the pots

If you mean a growbag normally used for tomatoes then there is no problem unless you have very tender sensitive skin.

You will be fine, honestly, nothing to worry about at all.

If you needed gloves you would have known yourself from experience.

All these things say to use gloves I've found; mostly it is to cover themselves as you might occasionally come across sharp bits of wood or glass or plastic, given the use of recycled materials in compost making these days. I tend to wear gloves now after finding one too many bits of glass, but you'll be fine not having used them as others have already said. :)
