Congratulations and well Done!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stories and posts like this will help the newbies who just ahd their LBM as it is hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel when you start off your DF journey.
Sorry about your health scare, but a second congrats about giving up smoking!!!! That extra money saved is going to make a huge difference in your finances as people don't realise how much they cost over time.
So your upcoming plans are good for the cash buffer, car, and DLs.
Have either of you got pensions (apart from the state one)? If so, and you haven't joined, join. Mostly likely your employer will be giving you contributions as well, and to not join would be foolish and like turning down free money ;-0
I look forwards to seeing you on the Savings and investments or pensions boards now as well lol!0 -
Well done to you both and congratulations on stopping smoking!0
