Gas charges from a previous supplier!
Hi am wondering if anyone can help me? I changed supplier to British gas 18 months ago from Scottish and southern I was actually with Ebico but was billed by Scottish and southern! The problem I have is with the amount I was charged by scottish and southern. Since I have been with British gas my bills have halved from £66 monthly to currently£34! I havent used less Gas so am wondering if scottish and southern were ripping me off! And if so can I get it back? Now my bills with BG are spot on as they read them regularly. How can this be? Ebico are cheap for very low users but can work out expensive if your annual gas bill is more than around £400+.
It could be that the new tarrif you are on suits you much better.0
