Hey all..
So last year I took out a Creation Finance agreement for my Dell laptop but I was good and finally paid if off a few days ago a few months before the nasty high interest kicked in....wooo
however when checking my account today i've noticed my payments that went through have transaction type as RCARD which i'm assuming is my card....however from the same day I paid the full outstanding balance there's also another transaction type it says WAV with 10.00 as the amount..I don't recall ever paying just £10 as it charges £3 each time you pay... so there's no way i'd pay that little off for it!! I found that out when I was planning on paying if off a tenner here and there!! ekkk!!
So my question is does anyone know what this is for? What it stands for etc?
Cheers

A lot of fellows nowadays have a B.A., M.D., or Ph.D. Unfortunately, they don't have a J.O.B."

Ok so I just rang up and it means waivered...so £10 was waivered for paying it off early....I said well where did this go it didn't come to me....she said oh it probably went to Dell....I was just a little concerned that this mean I techically hadn't paid it all....so I said my account is now closed isn't it so you'll have settled on my credit file in regards to this and it will be updated to reflect this? She said yeah that happens every 28 days....so fingers crossed that's all gone smoothly!! I really hope it's not a ploy so that i've not technically paid all I should and therefore will have to cough up the high interest as they will have hell to pay!! i've got print outs and receipts showing how much I actually paid!!! So I'm def not going to get anything ever on finance etc again!!A lot of fellows nowadays have a B.A., M.D., or Ph.D. Unfortunately, they don't have a J.O.B."0
