i am trying to connect my netbook to my 3 network mobile dongle which i have done plenty of time before and this time it comes up with a box saying, 3connect -installshield wizard
THE APPLICATION HAS A PENDING SYSTEM REBOOT. PLEASE REBOOT AND RESART THE INSTALLER . what does this mean i have to do please .

Remove the modem, reboot the Netbook and then reinsert the modem once the Netbook has booted up.0

If this doesn't work, you may have to go into the the Registry....or run a System Restore.
