Are all the 105 bedrooms very very very small, and are any of them en-suite?

With three rooms on every floor, I presume the remaining 102 bedrooms are in the 34 floor cellar?:)0

I think picture 7 shows the remaining bedrooms

The kitchen shown in pic3. doesn't match the layout shown in the plan in pic5. (different sink location).
Pic2. is of a completely different room to that shown as the lounge in the plan in Pic5.
At least the plan appears consistent with the artists impression of the outside.0 -
Neither does the lounge seeing as there's no french doors marked on the floorplan - I'm guessing it's not yet built/show house pictures?0

What is it like? I thought that looked a reasonable price but without knowing the area. It would be £250k with no trouble round here.0 -
It's not actually too bad - one of the nicer 'areas' of Gloucester (Bristol side as you go out from the city) all pretty newish builds though it's a massive estate to start with and looks ike they're extending it even more now. Close to the renovated docks area with some good shopping close by too

If I was moving back that way I'd certainly consider it!

Beware local authorities and religious cults asking for a viewing.
There was a half finished development in Rochester that was bought and partially demolished when they found the remains of a Tudor wall (half destroyed by the developers).Been away for a while.0
