Top UP TV DTR Recorder + Starter Pack + 12 months free sub worth £300

Hello All.
I've won a TOPUPTV DTR digital recorder like SKY+, a starter pack and 12 months sub from a geniune website.
I got the DTR + starter pack from parcelforce yesterday, however nothing stating about the 12 months free sub. The lot had been dispatched from the warehouse, just like you would If you order - no personal letter.
So, How do I go about geting the free sub? Can I expect a personal letter to arrive later this week?, a cheque attached?
Im going to call them up tomorrow to see If they have credited me with 12 months sub? How does It usually work when you win a subscription?
The box + starter pack + 12 months viewing Is worth over £300 - I plan to give It to my 16 year old sister as I have no need for It.
