Amazon Have Closed My Account

DSR is good for the consumer, but retailers will see it differently. They may see you as a serial returner and not want you as a customer any more.0

I seem to remember someone once saying that a tv shopping channel closed down their account, because they returned too many items, even though the channel has a try for 30 days and send it back if not completely satisfied policy.
Amazon and any other retailers can choose who they do business with, for whatever reason. I closed down my account with them a few years back because of their poor customer support.0 -
I've also had an amazon account for years, and I'm returning my first item ever (due to a fault)!
Sounds to me like you've had too many returns and problems, so they've decided it's just easier to close your account, as they probably categorise you as a high risk customer!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
