Scottish Power

As you all have read Scottish Power has announced a Gas and Electricity increase, but Martin forgotten to mention that they have increased the Daily Service charge by !00% for Electricity and 60% for Gas.

Is that not an excessive increase of the Daily Service charge?
Can any of the watchdogs help and stop Scottish Power and other Energy Supplier to increase such a charge by 100%?

Swapping over to anothr supplier, is not the best thing as the standard charge may have a saving, but one may pay over the odds for the daily charge, and or they do not have a 24/7 call service centre. These compare sites, appear to only have selective comparison. That is probably because the company subscribing with them pay them a handsome premium.
