Recommend a 2 year old Electric Cooker

I'm looking to buy an electric cooker from ebay.
Got about £200, so was thinking of getting a nice clean 2nd hand one.
I want a good grill that doesn't require me to fit a deflector before use, a smallish oven is fine as there's just the two of us.
Never had an electric hob, so is there anything i need to watch out for.

Was a 40 a day smoker for 20 years.
Decided to give up, and haven't had a fag for 12 years.
Halfway through losing six stone.
Looking forward to early retirement.
