    Just to update you all...

    So I rang on Wed and spoke to Cheryl, who said she was putting my order through again and it would be sent 1st class.
    I received it yesterday and have put it together and it looks good!

    I would be really annoyed if this was a gift for someone as it was so late (plus you need to put it together yourself - although this is very simple!), but it was just for in our own house so I'm not too bothered.

    So best thing to do is phone them! xx:T

    I placed my order on 29 May. I cannot get them to answer the phone either that or it is engaged. Have emailed for the 2nd time and received this response

  • Woo hoo, after waiting over a month i have finally received my canvas photos and i have to say (surprised myself) that i am delighted with them.

    Was as frustrated as everyone else on here by not receiving replies to my emails but phoned last week (i got their number from the bottom of the contact page on their website - 01943 870944). After letting it ring for quite a while i was really fired up ready for a fight but the girl i spoke to (didn't get her name..duh!) was super friendly and apologetic, sounded very genuine and said she would put my orders into override which would speed up the process and hey presto my pictures arrived this morning and look really good.
  • Thanks for the advice on sticking in there when calling them! I stayed on the phone for quite a while before they picked up but then spoke to a very nice lady called Gemma who informed me that my order had been printed and that there was a delay in sending it out because of faulty frames. I don't know if that's true but she said it would be sent by 24 hour courier in the middle of next week so fingers crossed it will arrive!
  • Thank you for everyones advise, I emailed a couple of times and received no response and then tried calling a large number of times either getting an engaged tone or no one picking up. Finally I spoke to Gemma using the above tactic of just waiting till someone picks up and she couldn't have been politer on the phone, she said the frame would be printed tomorrow or Monday and then delivered by this time next week, so heres to hoping. I will update this time next week. Good luck to everyone else!

    What a load of rubbish

    Ordered end of August - Mid Oct - still no delivery - phoned - all they say is "Oh! well we did get a lot of orders!" Not my problem i told them

    They said the 21 days delivery is actually 21 working days! Again, a real kop out

    Twice ive rung to be told it will be on its way!

    Never again! Ive also e mailed groupon and given them my complaint also

    My advice - keep away

    Ordered from You frame on 12th July and 26th July. I have then spent the last 8 weeks going backwards and forwards to Groupon (Hannah F) and You Frame (surprise surprise no answer to the phone or emails I sent). Finally, someone picked up the phone two mins ago (Gemma) and was very nice on the phone, apologised etc and said they have been printed but it looks like they have been stored somewhere (duh! why not send them to me as per my order you muppets!). So apparently, she will either track them down and send to me or get them reprinted tonight and I will receive them by Wed next week. So in total, I've waited over 3 months (70 working days to be exact!). As soon as i get the prints, I am cancelling with Groupon and never, ever, ever using You Frame. :mad:
    I wont be celebrating until the prints are in my hand.
    The moral of the story is to keep trying the tel number (between 11 and 4pm) and cross your fingers xxx

  • Same old story. I've been waiting since early July. Missed promises at first and then just no contact, and little help from Groupon who seem to tolerate promoting what feels lie a scam. Nobody should trust to receiving anything from this company - just a waste of money.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
  • Ordered my groupon canvass in August. Numerous emails sent but no response. Phone constantly engaged or never answered. Contacted Groupon who were going to send them an email. Eventually got a response from YouFrame to say order should be with me in 14 days. I actually got it yesterday - nearly 3 months later! NEVER AGAIN.
