You Frame Leeds - Groupon

Has anyone else had problems with You Frame Leeds ? I ordered a frame using a groupon voucher on the 8th June since then I had heard or had NOTHING. I have sent over 20 E Mails no reply I have phoned daily and no one answered I have also written but had no reply. This company seems to be a total SCAM. :mad::mad::mad::mad:

I ordered my print yesterday, they have big ntoices all over he website saying that there are delays due to high order numbers and to allow 21 days for delivery.
If they are a scam I will be popping round as they are only 5 mins away from me0 -

I managed to get through finally on the phone the lady had no idea about my order put me on hold for ages and came back and called me another name!!! :mad: She said that she would pull my order out it had not gone any further in the que since I placed the order on the 8th June. I will not be holding my breath!

Tinkwings, you're not alone. Search this forum and you will find another thread, full of disgruntled people. I still think I was treated appallingly, and I still can't bear to put the canvas together.Always look on the bright side of life ....la la la la la la la la0

Sent them the £5.95 postage to send me the frame back at the start of May. Not heard anything back and cant get through I think alot of people have just been conned out of 5.95 each:mad:0

does anyone have a telephone number for these people. I also ordered a canvas through GROUPON and paid 'you frame' delivery back in May and have not received anything yet. Also sent them an e-mail last month and have had no reply0

I also bought a canvas through groupon, ordered mine on the 16th of May and still haven't received it. I rang them today on 01943870944 and was pleasantly surprised with the response. She asked me for my order number, I gave it to her and she said 'oh no, you've been waiting ages haven't you?'! She then put me on hold and came back to me saying she was just checking my pictures (??) and my canvas will be sent first class so I should receive it tomorrow or the day after at the latest. She was very polite and empathatic and sounded sorry enough. I have read about you-frame on the other forum on here and was expecting a rude response!0

I'm in the same boat!!
I ordered my canvas using the groupon voucher on May 7th. I waited over the 10 working days and emailed them, and they replied that they were very busy and to allow 21 working days, so I did. I received a 'your order has been despatched' email on 22 June, where it states I would receive my order in 2-3 working days. Well, it is the 6th of July and I'm still waiting. Have emailed and had no reply, and have called but it is engaged!!

Ok, so I spoke to a girl called Cheryl, who was really lovely! She called up my order and said she didn't know why I hadn't received it but is getting it done again and it will be sent out today! Whether or not I believe her is a different story, but I kept my nice upbeat voice on the phone in the hope that she is being genuine! She also remarked on my photo so at least I know it is the right one she is looking at!
Will keep you posted on whether or not I receive my order.

I placed the order with You Frame on 11th May after also buying a Groupon voucher. I have sent 4 emails and not had a reply but thanks to this website publishing the number (It is NOT on their website nor is it listed with directory enquires) I have also just spoken to Cheryl who was very nice, and commented on my photograph too! She was apologetic for the delay and also lack of response to the emails I sent. She tells me it is going in to production tomorrow and will be delivered next week. I have contacted Groupon as I was unable to get a response from You Frame, they have offered a full refund so would only lose out on the £5.95 postage. Will give it another week to see if canvas does materialise. I think you need to call as it appears they are prioritising the calls over the orders otherwise why else are people who ordered after me getting their canvas' first?? I'll let you know if it arrives (Fingers crossed!)0
