Hi,
1) How do you put notice on the account?
2). Do you have to specify an amount in the notice?
3). Do you have to 'exercise' the notice or can you let it expire without making a withdrawal?
CS weren't very helpful :-(

1) you can call them and tell them you want to give notice to withdraw
2). yes you have to tell them how much you want to withdraw, I always tell them i want to withdraw the full amount
3). when i asked they said if you dont withdraw the money then nothing happens, you just have to give notice again. you can also give notice and then give notice again within the 6 month period. The most latest request overrides the previous one and restarts the 6 month period.0 -
