Blu Ray, can't avoid it. Comes with the PS3
Ever stop to think and forget to start again?0 -
I can't see the point of buying either at the moment.0

This all seems to me to be a Betamax v VHS thing again. It's something I haven't really bothered with yet as I don't watch many DVD's at all, and general HD viewing on TV seems to be a long way off yet, so all the hype from the sellers about "You must buy a system that is HD Ready" seems a little bit silly at the moment.
I'll just sit back and wait for the dust to settle before making any choice.0 -

Yes but if your like me and need to back up stuff on your PC, 15GB for HD and 25GB for Blu-ray makes a massived difference!0 -

5 DVDr and less than a hour of my time to do the same as a Blu-ray disk. So no great loss for me so far and probably a lot cheaper too.0 -
Or 250gb or more on a hard drive for far less than a Blue Ray writer.rash.m2k wrote:Yes but if your like me and need to back up stuff on your PC, 15GB for HD and 25GB for Blu-ray makes a massived difference!
Why back up to DVD, Blue Ray or normal? Unless you want to swap big files with friends etc.0 -
With discs costing at best nearly £10, blu-ray isn't cheap!formerly mrmilo690
