Just bought a new radiator, was about to install it but how do you screw in the valves at the bottom of the radiator? The inlet and outlet is blocked, is this common?

It's for the painting process Unscrew them, (big slot or cross in the plug ?) with a big flat blade screwdriver.

This is better than PTFE tape.(imo)
