IVA running Bank account?
My sis has been in IVA now for a year..... the IVA people have all their money going into pot and then give her what money is left but it doesn't seem to add up. Can she change bank and pay just the monthly figure to IVA people? this way she knows what she has available, some weeks she has been given just £1.49 for a weeks shopping for family?

This seems an odd way for them to be going about things. Might I ask which company is dealing with this IVA?
Most of us get our wages paid into our own banks as normal and pay what is calculated as the disposable income over to the IVA firm by standing order each month. allowing us to decide what to spend the rest on (and saving modest amounts for car repairs, emergencies etc.).0
