IVA and Equity...

Hi,

I have recently posted on the debt wannabe board with regard to my current debt situation and as I am considering an IVA as a serious option, it was recommended that I also post on here in case anyone else had any advice for me.

My partner and I are just in the process of buying a house (in his sole name because of my debt situation) and when it's all agreed, we will be living there together. Even though the property will be in my partner's sole name, could they try and get hold of some equity because I'd be living there if I went for an IVA?
One of the advantages of being disorderly is that one is constantly making exciting discoveries.
