This happened to me last week, but it was for a different item... I called City Link up, who informed me the driver couldn't find my house haha... I was not best pleased!

I had the same for 2 days !! Twas in the back of their van around my home town all that time acording to their tracking details. Turned up eventually, fortunately just before I *had* to go out ! Hope you get sorted !

I feel sorry for you with Citylink. We ordered from somewhere, paid for next day delivery and the item took a week to be delivered. They said they attempted delivery on 3 separate days - even though I was in all the time.

The story they made up was that they couldn't find our avenue. It has only been here for 45 years.

Oh no hope you get it soon! I live quite close to a depot so can usually collect form there, might be worth finding out where your local one is and going to get it yourself if you don't trust them to deliver in time for the big day! Think you can check on their website?

I was most annoyed yesterday, I placed an order on Amazon yesterday morning guaranteed to arrive today, and one item was shipped from the whole order via Citylink, and arrived today, but the rest (dispite all in stock, stayed on dispatching soon), and was dispatched today by citylink! Hopefully it gets tomorrow, but apparantly they are being delayed by weather etc..

i will be down tommorow to the depot i will wait till they hand me the parcel then i will let rip.....

if i do it when i get in im sure they will be playing footie with it in the yard on the way too me....


t o think ive got a sales exec interview with them in 2 weeks.... or should i say did have !!!!

Carefull it's not already out on the van before you go. Maybe it's possible to ring them beforehand?

I have the same problem. My Ipod is stuck in their Hemel Hempstead depot since Tuesday. I phoned them this afternoon and they told me that they could not cope with the amount of stuff they have to deliver. They said that they will try to delver tomorrow. (mine is also next day delivery)
