Since Santander took over Abbey you now need a fax machine to do things!!! How many of us still have one!
With Abbey you could ring up and set up a bill payment easily. With Santander you have to fax your passport and both sides of your debit card to a fax number. I asked if I could email and attach a scan but they said no! Think they are still on the ark!!!

Really? How strange! OH has 6 bill payments set up on his account (not for much longer though
