On a brighter note, as the owner of a small web design company it gives me great optimism to find that the web design companies employed by the "big guns" mess up so predictably & frequently.

Working in IE9, you need to tick all the boxes and it should go through:)

But you shouldn't have to tick all of the boxes. This is the same error that I emailed them about a couple of months ago and they thought they'd fixed.

I've posted on their facebook wall about the continuing problem on several of their comps, will post if get a reply & problem sorted, I've tried in IE9, FF & Chrome

What it says is
Please complete all mandatory check boxes

There is only one mandatory check box. We shouldn't have to tick four of them. This is a recurring error on their part.

Email Elle & complain everyone - i'm not too sure it's legal as of April 2009 to force people to subscribe if they don't want to. The law's fairly clear on this.
