lcd tv or tft monitor?

hi all,
really dont know what to buy.
should i go for an lcd tv that i can hook my pc up to and if so what do i need to look out for to do this?
or should i go for a tft monitor that i can hook a freeview box up to and is this possible??
looking for something around 19" really.
any suggestions really appreciated.

Hi, in my experience 19 & 20" LCD TVs don't make good monitors due to their low resolution, although there are a few available that have the same resolution as a normal TFT monitor, one that would be suitable is this one http://www.pricerunner.co.uk/sound-and-vision/vision/tv/567474/prices.
Another idea would to buy a decent 19" TFT monitor & a USB freeview receiver, although that means having the PC on to watch tv.
