PAP2T incoming number not working

I got rid of BT and broadband and got Virgin Fibre optic! I've setup a PAP2T and got Voipdiscount as call provider and that works.
I've got a sipgate uk local number and wanted to link to number so people can call me. But I cannot figure out how to get the incoming number to be recognised. When you dial the number it just goes dead...
Ideas?

if you go to sipgate website than there they have software which you can downlaod on to your computer. than lauch the application on your computer and try calling your number, if it rings than you need to change the settings on pap2. let me know if you need help with that.0
