santander/alliance leicester

Has anyone had problems with their internet banking for alliance leicester? I keep getting new online pin numbers being sent and everytime I log on it does not ACCEPT the new pin number. This has happened 3 times now!

    Perhaps your new pin numbers are for logging in on the Santander website version of IB?

    I thought this at first but the letter says to go onto the alliance leicester site
