LadyMorticia - Love that colour
I'm having a really bad week - really struggling to wake up and both today and yesterday I've gone back to bed in the afternoon for a couple of hoursI'm hoping it cycles out before the weekend as I won't be much of a house guest to my aunt if I have to keep going back to bed :rotfl:
I used one of the Avon Planet Spa face masks last night - the Japanese Peel-Off one .... blimey  You ladies were rightIt has the consistancy and, quite frankly, the smell of PVA glue  Left my face lovely and smooth though :T
I had a MAJOR NPI earlier - the S&G Big Beauty Bundle is £35 with £10 Adv points on the Boots website. It managed to sneak into my basket and I almost paid for it ......... but closed the page and walked away - I don't need anything that's in it (no Clean Mary) and I can't really afford it.
Hope y'all are well :cool:0 -
Littlepink stars - Glad I am not the only one who experiencing a more hairy than normal summer :rotfl:
Congrats Lynseydee - fingers crossed that your OH work is sorted out quickly.welsh_mummy wrote: »Hi all
Have been a lurker of this thread over the last few weeks. Can someone explain how the "FB swapsies thread" works as I have loads of stuff that could go to a better home.
Will also join the August challenge as I have sooooooooooo much stuff to use up!
 Welcome welsh mummy. You don't need to wait until next month you can start right now! We are a friendly bunch and would love to see your stash list. Also the FB swapsies is coordinated by XOXO and Sarah*a so PM them to be added to the group and swap your unwanted products for someone elses lol!
I have a UU to declare - my Clarins Eye Cream. WIBA? No I wouldn't as I didn't think it did anything wonderful. I bought this BC (before challange) when I was deluded in believing that premium products couldn't be matched. Now I rate other eye creams that cost a lot less.

:j :j FINALLY! :j :j *does the mad happy dance*
I've been using up a bottle of cheap fake perfume for absolutely AGES, and I've finally got rid of it. (And when I say ages, dinosaurs were in their youth when I first started it). I couldn't get rid of it as the person who gave it to me meant well, and gave it to me as a present during a period of great personal distress, so it would have felt as though I were secretly kicking them in the teeth if I had done so. As it stands, though, I'm DELIGHTED to have finally finished it, and now I can go on to better things!
WIBA? Ja taime? No I do not! :rotfl:Please call me 'Pickle'

Welcome Welsh Mummy and yes, do join in straight away! Wonderful news, Lyndseydee! Congrats!
I was at the doc's today and asked for some stronger painkillers, forgot to take my anti-inflamatories on Sunday and had a day of horror. I haven't seen a consultant about my arthritic hip for 2 and a half years so Doc's arranged that. He was actively promoting the idea of a hip replacement - I am less sure.
Anyway, Doc has given me some Tramadol, strong stuff!
Whilst in Boots for the Tramadol I printed out the voucher for 1/3 off women's deos, having only 2/3rds of a Mitchum left and a son who insists on using it. I got the new variant of Mitchum with aloe vera and Vitamin E. So an IN, but a needed one.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... Thanks guys for the lovely welcome.
Will try to formulate a list but have stuff stashed everywhere even the attic!! My DS is on school hols at the mo so might be a little while before I can get one listed.
Going to PM Sarah*a just now to join the FB swapsies xMFW - currently at £23,610 (Aug 2014) MFD 20200 -
Woo hoo, hope it's a bloke doing the interview:rotfl:
Sadly not :rotfl:i have one of these avon dyes in the stash to try and will report back when i have used it, the nutrisse colours are nice and cover grey well.
The Nutrisse one did cover all the grey but to me it looks patchy although others have said it doesn't. It looks to me like it has taken and is more red at the roots but darker elsewhere. Never mind, doesn't look completely hideous.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Same here, I've discovered Batiste because of this challenge and have a new found love from some TBS products because of you guys.flutterbyuk25 wrote: »I also used S&G Flake Away for first time today. I wanted to try it but didn't want to buy a big tub incase I didn't like it and they were out of minis, so my friend gave me her mini. I love the scrubbiness of it, but it has left a little greasy residue feeling on my skin. Will try again with it to see if it's ok.

This is this group's Marmite. I think at last count most people hated it. Me, I sit on the fence. It's ok, don't have any adverse greasy affect from it but do have other favourites I'd buy before it.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge.
