Last minute present ideas needed, help!!!

I thought I had everything but the last minute groceries tomorrow and my meat, but DPs boss has just shocked him to say the least. He's only worked for him about 6 months (only employee) and when he got in the car tonight he's left a present each for our two sons, and me who he has never met, and a large amount of money in a card for DP.
We haddn't bought them anything yet, even though I have suggested it to DP he just said I don't know.
I need suggestions for him and his partner, before you say well what do they like, I have no idea, he's into football and rarely drinks and neither does she but that is literally all I know. I know he's in his late 40s but I don't even know how old his wife is, but it was her idea and her who chose the presents for the boys so I would like to get them both something, I just don't know what.
I have tomorrow left to go and buy something  help!!

Hmmm, wonder if anywhere will have any left. I really don't have time to make one. Might be a good idea actually. Suppose I need ideas on where has some good stuff left, there are a few places I have heard advertising sales but ignored them thinking I was finished. One day I might be more organised...........

I think a hamper would be lovely.
I remember last year after Christmas MandS had Hampers reduced, so maybe they still have some left as well this year.0 -
I think Thorntons chocolates always go down well and you can buy them ready wrapped. Im not a big chocolate eater but would still appreciate a nicely wrapped box of chocolates. Next have a nice selection of gifts for the home too such as picture frames, vases, clocks etc.0

Will try M & S have looked online but they must have removed all the Christmas things
There is a Next just along from there so will try there too, no idea what style their house in so that might be a bit risky if I can't find something neutral. Oh what a nightmare, DP as usual leaving it up to me! One day I might be more organised...........

I know you say they rarely drink but a good bottle of champagne that they could maybe put away for a special occasion could be a good idea?Organised people are just too lazy to look for things
F U Fund currently at £2500 -
Only the 2 of them and I don't know if they go to the cinema, good suggestion though so thanks. His life seems to revolve around football and he's always away in other countries to watch it so might get some travel things like passport holder etc.
Also the Champagne idea sounds a good one, we're off grocery shopping tomorrow, might try the shops there first.
Thanks for the suggestions everyone, I went from being quite calm after getting last present today to panic as have to buy more! One day I might be more organised...........

That was lovely of them, I would just get something luxurious like champagne (though with me it would have to be reduced champagne) and a nice box of chocolates. Don't feel the need to spend too much. Also a thank you letter from your children.
Also there is a couple of football quiz dvds around as well as footy greatest goals.Money SPENDING Expert0 -
I agree bluenose1 so nice of them, and he's been a good boss all year, he's so laid back, he's let DP work when he wants basically, no pressure at all. DPs been a different person since he started working for him as he isn't stressed at all. If he needs the night off he's just not bothered. We did get them a present when we were on holiday as he brings DP something back every time he goes away (4 times since he started working for him) I just wish DP would sort the present himself but no he offloaded it onto me so looking for ideas (same as all the presents for his family)One day I might be more organised...........
