I bought a lazy spa just under 2 years ago
within a year it had ripped along several seems, the retailer didn't have any to exchange it for so I contacted the manufacturer and they replaced it in July'10 but sent a letter saying my guarantee had now expired
the replacement has now developed the same fault after 11 months
what are my rights?

You have no rights against the manufacturer.
Speak to the retailer.
